Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We deliver the exact product that you see in the pictures provided. In some cases the actual item might look bigger or smaller than how they appear on the picture because the pictures we use on the website are not up to scale.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

We process a receipt for all products sold on our website and therefore we will send a soft copy of the receipt to the email you provide while placing your order.

How can I return an item?

Incase you will need to return an item to us following our return and refund policy, you may call us for instructions via: 0742628262 or ship the product to our location: Nairobi CBD, Gaberone Road, Skymall Building, 2nd Floor, Shop No.4.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

All items indicated out of stock have high chances of being restocked unless the manufacturer of the respective item has discontinued its production or the product has been banned by the government from being sold and used locally.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver all over Kenya via G4S. You are supposed to pick your item at the nearest G4S office in your town.

All orders within Nairobi are shipped to your door step.
